Every Optimal panel is backed by a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If something goes wrong that isn't your fault, we fix it — no runaround.
What's Covered
- Failure to power on due to manufacturing defect
- LED panel flickering or non-functioning LEDs
- Control panel or timer malfunction
- Power supply failure under normal use
- Cooling fan failure
- Any defect caused by materials or workmanship
What's Not Covered
- Physical damage from drops, impacts, or water exposure
- Damage from using incorrect power supply or voltage
- Unauthorized modifications or third-party repairs
- Normal wear and tear after extended use
- Damage caused by misuse or failure to follow the user manual
- Cosmetic damage that doesn't affect function
How to Make a Claim
Additional Terms
The warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase (order confirmation email) is required to access warranty service.
Warranty claims must be submitted within the 3-year warranty period from the date of delivery. The warranty period begins on the date your order is delivered.
Optimal Red Light reserves the right to determine whether a defect is covered under warranty. If a defect is not covered, we will provide a repair quote before proceeding.
This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Canadian or US consumer protection law.
60-Day Risk-Free Trial
Not happy within 60 days of delivery? Return your panel for a full refund — no questions asked. The panel must be in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect.
