Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your panel the whole way.
Tracking Your Order
- A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships
- You can track your order directly through the carrier's website
- If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, contact us
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your panel arrives damaged, take photos immediately and contact us at info@optimalredlight.com within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, contact us within 7 days and we'll investigate with the carrier.
Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you need to change your address, email us at info@optimalredlight.com immediately — we can only make changes before your order ships.
